Mobile Banking

A Silicon Valley credit union without mobile banking is like a surfboard without wax. No bueno. KeyPoint Credit Union caters to our members in the Bay Area and throughout California and beyond to provide account access through our free mobile products. 

Just register in Online Banking and download apps from the App Store and Google Play. You also can conduct your banking business using our Mobile Web Banking or our Text Banking services.

Download apps for the iPhone®, iPad®, Android™ phones and tablets and Kindle™ devices through the App Store and Google Play so you can take advantage of these convenient and time-saving features:

  • Review account balances and transactions
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Pay bills*
  • Deposit checks**
  • Locate fee-free ATMs and KeyPoint Credit Union branches 
  • View rates
  • View copies of cleared checks
  • View special offers

*Must have Bill Pay set up in Online Banking before using this feature.

** Not available on Android™ tablets or Kindle™. The deposit will be posted to your account by the next business day, and $200 will be available immediately upon posting. The balance will remain on hold for an additional two business days. Funds availability is not guaranteed, and is subject to other factors, including the check(s) clearing the originating account.

Mobile Web Banking

Any mobile device with browser access can use KeyPoint Credit Union’s Mobile Web Banking. Once you’re there, you can take care of a variety of banking needs:

  • Review account balances and transactions
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Pay bills*
  • Locate fee-free ATMs and KeyPoint Credit Union branches 
  • View rates
  • View copies of cleared checks

*Must have Bill Pay set up in Online Banking before using this feature.

Get started with Mobile Web Banking

Text Banking

Any mobile device with text messaging/SMS capability delivers quick account info to members. (Please note, standard text messaging rates may apply.)

  • View current and available balance on all accounts or specific savings or checking accounts
  • View the last 5 transactions of one designated account
  • Make transfers between two designated accounts
  • Receive text alerts such as weekly balance or low balance

How to register for Text Banking

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Click on Mobile Banking & Alerts
  3. Click Activate and follow the three easy steps

Text 454545 with these commands:

  • BAL = Primary account balance
  • BAL ALL = All account balances
  • BAL CHK = Checking account balances
  • BAL SAV = Saving account balances
  • LAST = Last 5 transactions
  • TRANS = Transfer funds to primary account
  • STOP = Deactivate service
  • HELP = Help on keywords
